A complete beginners running course starts on Saturday 20 July, 8-9am and runs over 6 weeks (ending on 31/8 and excluding 10.8).
If you cannot run for more than a few minutes at a time or you are returning from an injury but would like to run steadily for 20-30 minutes, then this is the course for you.
Classes are small and there is limited availability so please let me know if you are interested.
